I know exactly what that is and ain't goin to work. There is a diode installed backwards.
 
I don't think it's wise to post the schematic to a Flux Capacitor. It could be used for evil.........
 
This wont work for a positive ground system. You need a battery with 2 positive posts an no negative.

You are confused my friend from the north... switching it "on" and "working" are two different things.
Example: I try my horns... sometimes they work sometimes they don't
I hit the lights... one goes on, one stays off.
Seat belt interlock: belt on ignition works, belt off ignition works.
