Does anyone know of a rebuilder for the early style (bn1-bn/t7) Lucas horns? Or does anyone have any suggestions as to how to bring them back to life? They all buzz but do not make any substantial noise.

There is a small blurb about adjusting the horn in the shop manual on page N21
