Is there a source for new parts for my HF 1748 horns. The horns work fine, but the rubber gasket at the electrical connection is not ok.

Thanks,

TFR1

Roger Moment makes the rubber gaskets for the pancake style horns used on all Healeys up to the Mk IIs. He only make items that are either not available anywhere or those that are offered for sale are obviously wrong. You can contact him at:

Speaking of horns, my BT7 sounds like duck or maybe a goose. Is that the way the pancake style horns are supposed to sound?

Are both the high and low note horns working?

A couple of decades ago, I had dismantled my horns for cleaning, painting__and every other part was or would be apart__and I seem to recall having to do a bit of tuning to make them sound right again afterwards.

Somewhere, I have a service bulletin, or some such thing on the horns (digital copy) but not sure that I can__or know how__to post it here.
