Hi All:

Probably almost all of you know this but I don't.

Anybody out there know where I can get a Lucas #283, 24 volt, 3 watt bulb. This is the bulb that lights the gear indicator on an auto transmission console.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Charlie

Hi Charlie. Two places you might try:

XKs Unlimited

or Terrys Jaguar

Charlie;
I didn't know Jaguar used 24 volt bulbs

usually those are for aircraft applications.. You do have a 12 volt system, right??
I think I'd get a Parts Manual for your model of Jag and double check..
Of course, Basil mentioned Terry's.. He will tell you straight if it's a 12 or 24 volt.. When you find out, let us "ig-nernt"
