My finding is that the car is a lot quieter. That was evident immediately.
With the previous oil, as the car sped up, somewhere over 50-60 the transmission got louder and louder. To the point where it was harder to hear the engine or the person sitting next to you.
With MT-90, I can actually hear the wonderful sound of a Healey motor at any speed.
Shifts smoother in all gears.
That does include the over drive.
As far as OD shifting in colder weather, I can't comment. I live in California and it doesn't get that cold here. I does shift better with Red Line MT90, fwiw.
I'd suggest you try it. You can always go back.
I haven't heard of anyone who has gone back though.
