Lower inner fulcrum pin seeking thoughts & advice

I posted this on another forum, but thought I might get some valuable input from the folks here at BCF:

Finally got around to updating the front suspension this weekend. I purchased refurbished wishbones and uprated shocks from https://www.mgocspares.co.uk/ and waited for 2 months for a major suspension kit and lowered coil springs from Victoria British. Everything seems to be fine except one of the lower inner fulcrum pins stripped upon install! I replaced it with one of the old fulcrum pins. Now I am left with a few questions:

1) Should I replace the other 3 lower inner fulcrum pins that came with the bad one? They snugged right up, but I am slightly paranoid when it comes to faulty suspension bits.
2) Should I choose to replace them, how could I be assured that a different distributor would offer a better quality piece?
3) What effort should I make to inform the distributor, Victoria British, of the cheap crap for which I waited 2 months?

Of course, the real buzz-killer for me is that in one week I'm due for a week off work and really hoped to spend those hard-earned days off driving the Midget and not working on it.

If the old ones are not worn, I'd reuse them. Many replacement parts are not up to the spec of the OE.

Main reason those might need to be replaced is if they were damaged during the removal.
