TR4/4A Lower crash pads for dash....help.

Does anyone a matching left hand lower crash pad to match the pics attached.
Alternatively, anyone selling a matching pair for RHD car with grab handle on lower left.
All the regular suppliers say not available.
It is foam covered with plastic vinyl.

Thanks...tried them also.
I did find one lower left pad with grab handle, but the seller wanted the equivalent of over $500 australian, cannot justify that purchase.
