Louisville KY British Bash June 2-3, 2006

Country flag
Offline
I thought it might be too early to post this, but they are already getting entries, and there has been discussion of limiting the number of entrants this year:
https://britishbash.com/index.html

Snip:

"The all British BASH is a weekend filled with exotic, rare, fast and beautiful British cars. Speed, elegance, class and more tell the heritage of British cars. The weekend is filled with fun, live music to British cars of all types, such as Austin Healey's, Jaguars, MG's, Mini's, Triumphs and more! Whether you own a car or not, this event is open to everyone and has something for all.

The 22nd annual British BASH will be held June 2nd and 3rd, 2006 on the spacious and stately shaded lawn of St. Joe's Children's Home located at 2823 Frankfort Ave

The featured Marque for 2006 is Jaguar!

From music, to fun family entertainment to exotic cars this year's BASH has it all. This is not just for car people!"

Thanks. I posted this on our club webpage!

I've been to this show twice, and can say that it's a good 'un. Hope to make it this year...

Thank you for posting it Jaybird.
And I hope to see you again this year Mickey.

Got the entry form in the mail today - nice job!

Mickey

Glad you got the entry form, but I haven't seen your name on the entry list yet. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

May not make it this year - got a couple of potential conflicts. Will be there if we can.

Over 100 cars pre-registered for this years event!
It looks let we may hit the 250 mark this year.
Register before April 20 to save $5 per car and get a goody bag.

To date there are 107 cars preregistered.

Early registration ends April 20th, There are now 120 cars registered (including a 2005 Morgan Roadster V6).

Early registration has ended and it looks like we have 175 cars! We should have nice weather and another 50-75 cars register the day of the show.

Only a little over a week left until Bash!

We have over 200 cars preregistered. So if anyone wants to show up day of the show the registration line should be short.

Stop and say hello if you make the show and email me if there is anything I might be able to help you with.

Well, the preregistration is closed, and we have 206 cars preregistered. We have changed the field layout to acccomondate more cars. The weather looks promising... low 80's and dry, so this could be another record year.

Remember, if you are a little too far away to drive in Saturday morning, you can come in Friday night and we'll have a band and food vendors, and preregistered cars can park on the field Friday as a preview to Saturday. ...you'll probably see me out there try to clean mine (it's a driver not a show car).

Hate to miss this one, but I've a conflict on both Friday and Saturday. Maybe next year... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

I jinxed the show. It is raining!... but it is supposed to clear out this afternoon in time for the evening's festivities (band and beer garden).

You did remember to take some BCF info cards, right? Please tell me you took some BCF info cards! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/yesnod.gif
Or at least tell people about the forum! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/yesnod.gif

Actually, I forgot the cards this year, but I have taken some in the past. I do have britishcarforum on my information board that I display with my car. I did have a few people ask about the forum, so hopefully they'll check it out.

Looks like it was a nice show, trevor, with good turn out...like that green Stag!

Oh, who's the little one on mommy's knee?
