Lotus Racing East

When I was a kid in college (and later on) I'd drive up through Duchess County, NY to Lime Rock, in Connecticut.

We'd always stop and gawk at the Lotus Racing East building in Millerton, NY (it's still there). The cars inside were fantastic and out front, they always had a reserved parking spot for ACBC.

The place was owned by Fred Stevenson who currently has a neat website ~HERE~

Thank you for that link Nial. That triggered many fond memories! The spoon hang was a well mastered practice among us in the Sewickley racing crowd.

Yeah there were a lot of groups back then that combined cars with silly fun.

I was affiliated with the ~South Shore Sports Car & Beer Drinking Society~

And I still know some of the guys in ~Chowder~
