Lotus Factory tours are available.

I'd not realized that before.

I may try to visit them the next time I'm in the area. Just for fun.... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/yesnod.gif
 
When I was in Hethel in 1976, I called them in the morning and was on the tour by the afternoon. They are always happy to show Lotus owners around. The highlights of my tour included being there on the introduction of the Esprit, seeing Mr. Chapman behind the office glass and my green/yellow "Lotus Visitor" tag which I still have.
