Hello,

I am residing in Argentina and I am interested in building my own Lotus 23 replica. I am looking for plans / specs on that car. I was wondering any of you could help me or possible provide a contact as to how I could go about getting that information.

Check out Arch Motors, they are the current chassis builder for Caterham & they build 23 frames.

I think I remember some user manuals for different type of cars, I can't remember the publishing name, but they were very detailed, I think that they could be bought in Halfords or Quickfit ir something like that. Would there be one for the Lotus 23 maybe?

The 23 was a VERY small production track car. No third party would do a user manual for such a very limited, specialised market.
 
Anyone else suggest anything else? Or have I hit a dead end already?

I have heard that Arch no longer make the Caterhams chassis and I doubt they would give you plans for a 23 anyway /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/nonod.gif

I work for Mamba Motorsport, if you are still looking for a Lotus 23 replica (or parts) then we would be interested in talking to you. Our C23 is not an exact replica of a Lotus 23 though - it uses a wider body on a Lee Noble designed spaceframe chassis. We've totally updated the website since the link was posted so you might get a better idea of what we make now, our contact details are on the website too.
