TR4/4A lost link... TR4 rear shock rebuild

My rear shocks leaked their oil before I even got my TR4 on the road. I believe someone posted that a company (from England?) was rebuilding early TR4 shocks and adding a seal so that the oil leaking issues no longer were a problem. Does anyone remember the source for those upgraded shocks?
