Hi people ,I'm trying to find a book i used to have "The Story of a 140mph Record Breaker and how to build it" It was written by a guy in the U.K about a mini engined single seater he built late 60's early 70's.has anyone heard of it? i would appreciate any info

The book in question I think is called High Speed Low Cost.It is a cood one & I have built the trailer to tow my race Mini of years gone buy
If you can land on this book I am sure a lot of Mini owners & special builders would be keen to find out

Thanks guys your right it was ,"Hi Speed low cost" about the "Terrapin" i almost finnished building a 2 seater version of the chassis when plans changed and i ended up selling both the chassis and the orig plans and book back in 71, now i'm old and bored and was thinking of doing it again for and with the help of grandson,but useing late model honda or nissan engine etc as they are plentyfull cheap and a lot more advanced than the old "A series" all the best to everyone for the festive season where ever you are and have an ex 2004
