Lost another tree

Lighting again. An oak got hit last year and blew bark off, it grew leaves this spring then all of a sudden died. Just had a big pine in the front get hit about 50yds away from the front door. Kitty was on the porch and is now freaked out, he (yes, it's a he) had a front row seat and doesn't appear to have enjoyed the show.

Lost a tree to lightening several weeks ago. A big cottonwood, which kind of exploded. SWMBO was in the yard at the time! lucky escape.
