Some states have at least attempted to address this problem through more exacting tests. Missouri’s recently revised dram shop law requires proof that the party demonstrates "significantly uncoordinated physical action or significant physical dysfunction."

WOW!! That's about stupid! I've an acquaintance who's a lifelong alcoholic & has been drinking so long that he demonstrates none of those symptoms...if you didn't smell his breath or notice his red complexion, & you met him for the first time, you'd not know he was smashed!

I know one of these Guys too! It is easier to tell if this guy is sober {a rather rare occasion} than if he is drunk!

IF a SUBSTANCE impared dirver hits one of my loved ones and kills them, it is the SUBSTANCE servers fault? I THINK NOT!!
Personal Responsibility IS the name of this game!
If you intend on getting SUBSTANCE impaired HOME is the place to do it!!! And STAY there once you are incapable of making good judgement decisions.
There are people out there that think just because alcohol is legal it isnt a drug! But .......... OH HOW WRONG YOU ARE!!
The deffinition of a drug is ANY mind altering substance.
I AM NOT my brothers keeper! NOR do I want to be!
IF you kill one of my family members because of YOUR substance abusive traits, be assured that I WILL sue you or your family until Hates freezes over!!!
