There is a very long inner tube with an integral flange on the upper end. The control head is screwed onto this flange. As you can see, Moss does not have the BN2 assembly & suggests substituting the later one.

yea, my BN2 didn't come with one and given how rare they are to find a correct one for a 100-4, i couldn't pass up the chance for this one. $384.00 shipped is what it cost me, so all in all that aint to bad. i don't know what the secret is of the guy who sold it to me but he does good work!
