Hello

My name is Antonio, I am currently looking into to buy Austin Healey 3000 . Locally would be great that way I actually can see it before buy it

I am around DC area and any leads would be great

Thanks

Antonio

Thanks for all PM's

Trying to stay locally first and I found two cars locally one is a 65 and other is a 62. I am not looking for a show room car. My budget is around mid 40's. Both cars been restore around 10 years ago, one of them I am supposed to drive it myself and get it PPI by someone familiar with this cars. I will take couple pictures

I would say that mid 40's is quite an investment you should be able to get something pretty nice join a local club and see the differences between the models bring someone with you who knows the cars and can explain a few things to you.Try to buy a car from an enthusiast this way you know it's been pampered good luck

If you're in the DC area, I would recommend that you contact Healey Surgeons. They may know of cars for sale, and they can evaluate the condition of any cars you are interested in.
