Looking for wheel locks

Thread pitch shouldn't be "exotic" (no where near a B just now to measure) so about any auto parts store should have something to offer.

Excellent. I will buy a wheel spanner and take one of the lugs off and go match at AutoZone.

MGBs have stock 1/2-20 threads if that helps, thats also pretty popular thread size with old American cars as well, so finding a locking nut set should be easy enough.

Mission accomplished, thanks Guys.

Now to find a way to secure the car itself from theft. The Wheels are now secured by two different sets of locks each - lol

Bit of overkill!

Put a kill switch with removable key on the back bulkhead under a flap cut inna carpet.

Man, if it's that bad on Nebula 4, I'd be getting out of town!!

So, you got your wheels locked on so nobody can steal them....what'cha gonna do about the radio? Lock the doors of a convertible?

Kill switch will keep them from driving it too far - but just far enough away to dismantle it for parts!

Dunno what year B you have, but on early/mid 70's models, the OD stalk can be used as a "anti theft" switch, as the wiring as pre-installed in the loom. First saw this from John Twist, I think you wire it in series with the starter relay. Assuming you are not already using it for the OD.

Not an overkill actually. The existing lugs are simple tuner lugs, I'm just trying to deter the common household thief. I'll do some head scratching on the kill switch.

Nope, it's actually not bad in Nebula and I'm staying but I like edging bets towards me.

It's absurd, at least to me, to have a radio in a British convertible. I want to hear the whine of the ancient gears and all sorts of comewithits as I drive 99.9% topless.

Don't lock my doors, again an absurdity in a softtop as they can slice through the top.

I just want Mr. Kleptomaniac to move on to an easier and simplier target.

Sign - I had a garage just like that until the divorce - sigh.

I don't have an OD but I can get an OD switch and mimic that, thanks. Excellent suggestion.
