i am about to start working on the doors and wiring up under the dash. i am looking for pictures/info that show me how the wiring is routed under there and secured. Also looking for pictures on door seals and installs.

one other question.
on the center shift transmission where is the dientifying number? i have a COA that gives me what the number should be but all the info i read on finding that number is for a sideshift trans. should it be in the same place? the cover?

I don't have photos, but British Car Specialists have several restoration photo collections they sell. I think they have BT7 or BN7.
 
My car is a 1963 BJ7. I believe that its very similar to your car.
I took pics of the old wiring harness connected to each component.
I also put in a TR6 fusebox for extra protection.

See the pic of the firewall with labels. My 12 year old granddaughter tested and labeled each wire. One of the best restore days of the whole process. Gotta keep that next gen interested.

looking at your pics, it looks like you ran new green wires from the 35 amp fuse to your TR6 block and then ran thru the block. then ran 5 wires back out to the green wires in the harness and connected them. this basically covered all the green wire circuits. the new fuse block has 4 fuses and you had five wires. So one got doubled up. did you put the turn signals and the flasher on the same circuit? seems like a clean way to do this.

the one thing i do not see fused and wonder about is the fuel pump and the headlights. did you do something separate for that?

You can place the extra block anywhere. My placement and running of the green wires was an attempt to look close to original at the firewall and hide the fuse block out of site but accessible. My in line fuses for the OD and fuel pump are near each unit. They're the kind that have a light that comes on if the fuse blows.
 
Forgot to answer your headlight question. I plan to install the relay system for the headlights. Moss sells a version you can look at.
