Looking for Oil Tube for a 1275

Guys, I'm in need of an oil tube, solid pipe that connects from side of block to oil filter. Listed as an N/A part in MOSS Catalog. Anyone got a spare on a 1275 that's just sitting around. Somehow I managed to crack mine a while back on spare engine sitting on stand in back of the garage. Thanks.

Better yet if attached to a spin on oil filter setup.

The tubes for the spin on vs canister are different I believe.

If nobody has one, then you could go to the hydraulic shop and have them make a flexible version.

Thnaks Trevor,

True, Solution for now is a piece of High Pressure Line and a couple of screw clamps. Worked at least to do a leak down test so oil wasn't pumping all of the floor as I rotated engine. I know that will not work once engine goes into Bugsy II.

Hey do you still have front end, spindles, calipers, wishbones, etc. available off of that '68. My note to Jack Laird re. his parts available has gone unanswered.

I still have the parts. Once I get a chance to check to see if I have any steel wheel hubs I'll gather it all up and let you know.

K Thanks. Bugsy II comes home April 6-7

Jim it's all steel and welding is simple! Just saying!

Kurt.

OK, I went and looked on the shelf downstairs. I didn't pull them, but I could clearly see some a-arms, with spindles, calipers, hubs for disc wheels. It looks like they have the late style steering arms, but I have some early style ones out in the garage. I also saw a couple of sway bars. Do you need a steering rack?

How close are you to Richmond, IN? My wife has a class there in a few weeks.

Send me a private message and we can work out the details.

Jim
I have a spare 1275 spin-on adapter and hose and I haven't sent the trans parts yet so they could go together?
