Well it seems that I found more than I ever expected. Vendors aside, a forum member PM'ed me with an offer for a Stanpart original rear valance, an offer that I couldn't refuse! Much better than I imagined - a part that will fit without too much effort or panel beating talent.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU !!!!!!

There is a future for my 4A. It was a project car when I purchased it in 1997. Never driven, not running, in boxes, all apart. My wife and I bought it for an autocross car but it was too good, just apart, and a crushed rear valance (!!). Cathy lost her battle in 2014 but she would be beaming with joy that things are moving again and Cora (named for all the corrugated boxes that it came in)will be back on the road sooner than later.

I can't say thank you enough.
