Looking for a source for Dry Vinyl Harness tape

I found a bunch of sources on the net, but gee, do I really need the 20-250 rolls they ask as a minimum order?

Not to be found in the usual retail places, nor in the auto-electrical shops in my area.

Anyone have a source for this tape?

Oh, dry vinyl tape is tape without adhesive but does loosely adhere to itself.

I've used hockey stick wrap for looms. A little sticky but not much.
