MGB Looking for a good paint/body shop

Around twenty years ago I did a body off restoration on my '74 MGB (which I purchased new), using lacquer paint (harvest gold). For some reason the paint on only the driver's side started crazing, cracking and peeling in the last 5 or 6 years. I believe I didn't prime it correctly. I am looking for a shop near the Boston MA area to strip and refinish that side and am looking for some suggestions. I no longer have the facilities or desire to do it myself.

Brian - welcome to BCF.

Best thing for you to do is contact a Boston area British Car club, and ask for recommendations.

Most shops today are hesitant to do private work, as they make their living on insurance jobs.
