Wow, Everyone!
I am so excited; I had to share this with you! Wedge owners know that these covers are quite elusive. In fact, I had just come to terms with the fact that my fog light covers would be printed with "BOSCH" and "Pilot" which are readily available. Last Saturday I came across these quite serendipitously. The best part? They cost me a smile. Whoohoo!
Oh, yeah....one more thing. This, though, cost me $400.

Ay, ay, ay, Yikes and sigh! :eeek: Maybe not the smartest thing to do, but my heart said, "Go for it!" This Anniversary Edition will be hanging out at a Subhub's shop as soon as the title gets figured out. BTW, DH is just about regaining consciousness .LOL! He is actually being a pretty good sport. Hmmm, I think I won't push for Silicone hoses for the Spidey! Heehee. More info, questions, and pix to come.
Rick, Much grasses and thanks to you!

Great find, that snowmobile in the background looks like it would be a lot of fun did you buy it also?

Ah ha! The "can't stop buying them because they are cheap, and small, and need a good home and oh what the heck it's just one more" bug has bitten!

That 7 looks to be in relatively good shape!
You'll have fun with that once it's all cleaned up.

Monica,

Good find! You can never have too many cars
(I'm up to TEN).

- Doug

TEN! (how big is Your shop?)

I've got the Datsun B210 (until it's finished)& the
Anglia in our 24'X 28' garage,B210 parts car & Wife's Fusion
in the driveway, the '68 F250 & Dakota parked in the street.
And at my Mom's house (she doesn't drive),I have the
TR6 & Cortina in the garage,& another B210 parts outside.And
the MGB GT is in a barn.

- Doug

....I leave the Ranger and F350 to the weather, along with the wife's Xterra at the back door. I guess I need to put up a carport this spring, maybe... I have about three cubes of 8" block out in the orchard sitting and the cement mixer is out there, too. It beckons...Ishmael....

Actually, if it had pop-up headlights, I probably would have!

Tom, I will be content with my Spidey and soon Car #2. Now if a nice TR8 happens to show up, previous comment is null and void!

Off to the DMV tomorrow. :wall: Cross your fingers and say a little prayer for me that I get some answers and that all goes well. I would love to have everything in order and this Wedgie in its new home during my Christmas Recess. --Monica

Oh! BTW, Doug, White TR7 is STILL there--any room at the Inn?

Monica,

I haven't told my Wonderful Wife aboutv the MGB GT yet.
I f I buy another vehicle,it will probably be a motorhome-
as I'll probably be living there!
In other words.......Yes,I'm still interested!

- Doug

The red car looks just like a couple of late 79 TR7s I picked up in the last year. They were just too nice and cheap to not buy them. Still don't have any idea what I'm going to do with all these wedges. Maybe if the economy turns, I'll be sitting on a gold mine. Yea right! If somebody asks how many cars you have, do you have to count the parts cars, daily drivers, tow vehicles, trailers, or half cars hanging from the garage roof?

Monica...you can't handle a TR8...look at what happened to Spidey with just 4 cylinders! Of course, with an 8, you might have flown right over the fence!

Ouch, Obi! Whether 4, 6 or 8, I am sure I would learn to dominate that car; what fun figuring it out. Who knows, it could be as easy as handling you! Heehee. Talk to ya tonight.

Startech, please, please don't encourage him.
Obi already is on the naughty list and is accruing headlocks and noogies as we speak!--Monica
