there is no 3.5 LTR Saloon engine .Perhaps he was referring to the 4.5 LTR Hemi Majestic Major engine.However, that engine is significantly larger than the 2.5 saloon/SP 250 engine. OTOH, there are only two cars in the UK produced with that larger engine and are owned by the same person ---Keoke
 
If it is silver blue it is "Relmaid's" Car a Yacht designer there in NJ. The car was previously BRG. Note Relmaid = Daimler reversed----Keoke
 
Tony- congrats on the sale, and I think 15,000 for a non-runner is a good price. Looking at the pics, looks like an A Spec car with the elastic band on the door pockets and no chrome strip around the door window slots. It was nicely fitted, including the windscreen washer and hard-to-find glass fluid bottle.
I would bet that car production # was 200 or under.
 
Dale - its running now...all it took was a new solenoid, cleaning the gas tank & carbs & a new battery.
