sweet! (and it looks like it's on Toad Hill) - do you get to keep the truck?

Check out the trailer. It's got steerable, hydraulic powered bogey wheels.

Looks like a FEMA trailer.

Wait and see, Bill. :hammer:

I wish it was that easy to get an extra bay put on my garage!
Very neat!

How you gonna fit a 4-post lift in that thing???

Well dah, he's just going to raise the roof.

That's too cool. I want me a couple of those.

Sorry,but I don't get it.You ordered a garage,& it was delivered?
Why not just have one built on your property?

I don't know the gentleman's reason, but I would believe it's cheaper to buy it already built, plus you can see the finished product before you pay and it can be moved in the future if one so desires. As our new house is under construction, I bought a 12x20 double door wood utility building with a metal roof for $5700 for storage, delivery and setup included. Built on site the price was $9500. And, if I want it moved in the future, the company will move it to a new location for a small fee, mainly fuel cost for the truck. Not bad! PJ

Here's our's (delivered last year).

Not for the car, but allowed me to take snowblower, lawn tractor, wheelbarrow, etc. OUT of garage so I have more room for the Austin.

Technically, a Sprite would fit in this one, but it's much smaller than the one above. It was $2700 delivered. I could have saved a little bit by building one myself, but I'd rather spend that time working on cars.

We have a large-ish tool shed out back that we bought pre-built and had delivered. Was cheaper than having one built (unless I did it myself) and as you said, it's easy to move if we need to.

My shed is 14'x18', woulda bought a commercial one if we had th' lolly. It was cheaper to build but labor intensive. I had nothin' BUT time.

That's exactly the reason. Mine was $5200, delivered, tax and setup. Could I have built it myself for less? Sure, but I needed it now and as Nial said, I'd rather be working on the B/E than building a shed garage. Mr. Toad is coming home after phase 1 at the restoration shop this week, and I'm anxious to start stripping him out for phase 2. I'm also planning a proper garage for this coming spring - with a lift. Takes time, gentlemen, but all good things come to them what waits! :yesnod:
