Looks OK to me. I'd guess that is a 9/16" from a later model midget/sprite.

You will also need the number 54. It is a rubber piece.

That is what it is supposed to be, but have never seen one so I wanted to double check.

She'll need new link arms and all the bushings before going back on.

Anyone have a pic on one mounted on their Bugeye?

If you have later A arms installed there are already holes to match up with the holes on the triangular pieces shown. IF not you'll have to drill your A arms. Be sure to make backing plates to go inside of the A arm can be dangerously impacted. I don't know about BEs but SBs have holes already tapped in the frame rails for the 55/56 pieces to fit. Put everything together with the front end raised. 9/16" is the perfect size for stock springs.

Looks right to me. I would replace all rubber parts. In addition, the a-arms need to have support gussets that extend from the outer to the inner portions. It is very dangerous to put in a sway bar without these. What will happen is your a-arm will fold and distort. I have seen this happen on a number of Bugeyes now. By the way, these come up on Ebay used every so often. I was in a hurry to put my sway bar in over the summer and didn't want to buy new a-arms, so I bought some support gussets and welded them in myself. Won't do that again.

Hi Kevin - I hear you on that. I fabricated a set of MGA gussets (similar issue running reinforced) and it was a pain.
