Long Island, NY MG Parts Seekers

I'm in the process of helping a fellow enthusiast "down size" his MGB (some, not alot, Midget stuff) parts accumulation. He has ALOT of stuff. If you are looking for engines, non-overdrive transmissions, everything needed for a wire wheel conversion, fenders, doors, hoods, SU or Zenith carbs, manifolds, light housings, lenes, top frames, lever shocks, interior bits... you know what... why don't you tell me what you need and I'll check and see if he has it. I will be helping him this Saturday from 11 AM to 2 PM. Parts are located in Western Suffolk and interested parties will need to contact me with name, phone# and parts you are looking for, to set up an appointment. This gentleman does not wish to have a feeding frency so we will be dealing with individuals one on one. No REASONABLE offers will be refused.

Had I know a couple days earlier, I may have been able to come up with a list. I'm in Manhattan this week so it would have been convenient!

Does he have anything for the MGC?
Radiator trim cap perhaps? (ok, I'm dreaming I know)

Hey David, how are you?

No Carlisle this year?

Steve, make your list, when convenient. I'll pull parts for you and send some images.

Rick, Sorry, I saw nothing for Cs

Scott, All is better than ever but doudt folks will be seeing much of me anymore at the usual events. I'm enjoying the local cruise nights and hanging w/ a few really good friends. Eileen can no longer handle the rigors of long road trips in our no AC MGs. I do have almost all bits needed to put AC in a B put that remains to be seen.

Been a long day... need ZZZZ

In case you missed my PM,
Dave,
I am looking for complete rear fenders L&R for my 66 B.
Also rear wheel wells both L&R inner and outer, and doors both sides again all for a 66. I'm on the island frequently and can pick up.

Mike,
You can email me direct at MGman@optonline.net.
There is a complete chrome bumper body shell (naked... no suspension, doors, hood, front fenders, drive train or hydralics) that has has lots of work done to it. I'm sure $75 - $100 would be accepted for it. If interested, let me know as the owner of these parts is talking about have a "weight and pay" scrap metal place come and take it away.
I do not have the time or energy to start cutting it up. I'll look better at it and snap a couple of images on Saturday.

Sounds good to me, seems as if the rear end is pretty complete body-wise.love to see some pix.
Thanks,
Mike
