Login problems [not BCF]

I intend to do that when she gets home. She's been away since yesterday.

Ok, both my wife and daughter have a later operating system than me. I'll update mine after the Copa soccer match.
Gee, if that solves the problem it will still make me shake my head since my older version operating system has been working until last week.
Will update and report back.

UPDATE: OK, I updated to the latest operating system and was successful in logging into the website. I still don't understand why I was able to use the old operating system for the last two weeks.
Thank you all for your help!

I'd guess it was a security patch or some other software upgrade your z wave company installed. I'm sure it will happen again in the future.

I agree Greg. I just hope my experiences with this go around will cut future downtime.

Thanks Greg. Now I have a working whole house water shutoff controlled by z-wave.

Gee - wish *I* had a working whole house water shutoff controlled by z-wave!

For all these years I've been using this:

Me too Tom.... But it won't do much good if you're not home and you get a leak.
