We have one down here (Ft Myers) with 2 eaglets. 3 or 4 weeks ago, the mother, probably over 20 years old named Harriet and whose first husband was Ozzy, flew off the nest and never came back. Current husband (called M-15) has kept the eaglets thriving on his own. I had feared we would lose the cam because M-15 would take a new mate and she would choose the nest site. However, I understand that a younger woman is now apparently throwing herself at M-15. Still being treated as an intruder, though.
