Well, finally finished up (99.9%) of the project last week, after 16 months!

I didn't do the whole uTube video thing, but was able to snap a few pics that you can find below:

I still have a few items to finish--add horns, sway bar and missing knobs on dash, along with some other fix issues like rear brakes and getting the bonnet to sit straight. Other than that though...I can just stop and enjoy the moment for a little bit here.

Wow...that looks fantastic! When I get home tonight, I'm arranging to have my '59 bugeye sent to your house. Please send it back when it looks as good as your '59.

Any change of getting before pictures posted?

Great job.

~jaw drops~

I would drool if it wasn't freezing. That is NICE!

Wow, makes my work look like a ham fisted amatur did it.

How about the shine UNDER the hood guys?

Mustafa, I am curious about the radiator you have in it! Is that something you had custom-made?

Maybe I should just start over. Would be a lot easier the second time in any case.

Mustafa, you have much to be proud about. That's going to be one fun Bugeye! Very nice work. Drive it and enjoy it in good health.

Suddenly, I'm considering doing my car in RED.

Very nice...

I kept looking for my spacer in those pictures but you know I could not see it. Sigh.

Boy after seeing that I am sure glad I sent it clean and painted. hehe.

That may just be the nicest street ride Bugeye I have ever seen.

Mustfa your workmenship is surperb.

thanks for the good feedback guys. I can't tell you how much I learned on this forum over the last year or so. Just about every question I had was answered right here. What a good resource!

And again, thanks. Seeing it like this all put together looking nice and working properly makes all the long days and nights when I was asking myself "is this thing ever going to be done??" definitely worth it.

Mustafa

WOW! That looks fantastic! Is that a remote for a stereo? Where did you put the head unit?
