Linux Help!! Color Is Off!!

This is crazy but, for some reason, while in Linux Mint, my green and reds are reversed! Never had this happen before. Noticed it when looking at Nials car on the track and his car is dark red and his brake lights are green! No it's not the computer, as switching over to Windows and everything is normal, so it has to be in the OP system. Any clues on how to get the color where it should be? I've tried everything I can think of. Really odd. The British Car Forum logo at the top of the screen is Green White and Grey! Red is Green and Green is Red! PJ

Remember, this is only in Linux Mint! Plus it's only in the post section, all avatars are their normal colors!

Are the colors off in other parts of Mint, like the desktop or other programs? Did this just start, perhaps after an update? What browser are you using?

hmmm - interesting that Paul says "it's only in the Post section - avatars are normal colors"

I'm thinking a browser issue. Or an interaction between Paul's browser and Paul's default profile BCF theme choice.

Greg, I found the problem! For some reason I had to run a built in color coordination program. All is well!! I'm still learning the language and understanding some of the Linux procedures during setup is a little confusing. OK colors back, not sure what I did, but it worked!:highly_amused: I like this Linux, but coming from years of windows, it is a learning process. PJ

Paul - inquiring minds want to know! What was the "color coordination" thing you did? You mean in Linux settings? or in your Browser? or ...?

It was in the Linux settings Tom. I'm not on that machine, my desktop, now, but when I get back on it, I'll back track and figure out what I did to correct the problem. PJ
