There is a special MG race plus all the usual, excellent cars. If you're in the northeast, this one is really worth the effort of going to.
I'm on their wait-list (I didn't register in time), so there's still an outside chance I'll be there with the car.

Otherwise, I'll probably head up with friends and shoot photos.

I hope you make the cut but in any case look forward to seeing you there. I have the Courier entered in group 5 (smallbore up to 2.0 litres) with a varied assortment of cars including a number of known fast Spridgets.
 
Hi Nial--

Sorry you were not there. Friday and Saturday were nice though muggy at times. This was my first event on a new engine and it ran well but the competition was tough what with all the SVRA spridgets that were in attendance.

On Monday I could only stay through the morning session so went out in the rain for two laps and gave up--it was just impossible to see anything, plus I was all over the place as I broke a stub axle when exiting the grid (At first I did not realize it and just thought the wheels were slipping) which made things even worse.

I'm now up at Watkins Glen. Yesterday we had thick fog which did not clear until about 10:30 but eventually things worked out with shortened sessions. Today I only had one and that wound up under double yellow after someone blew their engine and oiled the last half of the track. I have one more tomorrow at 1:30 and then I am heading home if I can find a route around the road damage.
