Lime Rock-Improvements

Lime Rock has a lot of new fences and barriers.

While I am not a great fan of LR, the added tire walls are a good idea.......there is NO place to run off there.

Hard to believe a great racing driver (John Fitch) had anything to do with setting up this place. Much of this track gives me the creeps.

Anyway, here's some pictures of the improvements (I won't race there until October 28).

And, if you're interested, here's some videos from a fellow EMRA racer that also include Lime Rock
(don't miss the Miata vs. Miata vid).

I always wanted to run Lime Rock....Mostly for historical reasons.

I'll be doing Nelson X3, BeaveRun X2 & Mid Ohio for our long trip (we do one long toe a year)

I believe it is July 15/16....Sponsored by Ft Wayne SCCA.

Our plans are still tentative, but it looks good from here.

I'm beginning to really dislike this "Forced Austerity" program I'm on....

Doc.....Pick yer favorite car & keep it....

Trade the rest for a crappy Pinto & toW vehicle.

Let's go racing!!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif
