You mean there. Where is that?

I prefer vintage racing over what I do.

I would rather be there when the cars were new (or almost new).

Was this the year the Kastner Cup was there? 2005, or so?

If so, I was there!

I see part of Tim Suddard (green TR3), part of Tony Drews I think (red TR4), George Wright (Yellow TR4), Dean Tetterton (white TR3). Don't know the TR6.

The Kastner Cup returns to Road Atlanta next year!

Oops!

Nial, by RA do you mean Road Atlanta or Road America?

Kastner Cup has been held at both. I was at the one at Road Atlanta.

Duh, of course the Mitty is at Road Atlanta.

Sorry, Nial, I'm an idiot.

Besides ,it says welcome to Road Atlanta in the pic

G.K., a blind idiot!

Haha...not at all!

I recognize many of the cars but couldn't have named any of the owners as you did.

I wish the Mitty wasn't such a long pull....I'd love to have a go there.
(I'm still trying to figure out how to make it to VIR, which is "only" about a 10 hour tow)

You want to talk long pulls, try leaving Charlotte, NC on a Friday afternoon for Montgomery, AL, run the points race on Sat, load up and run the points race on Sunday in Milwaukee. Back for work on Monday.

Go for VIR, you'll love it. My friend and driver (for whom I twisted wrenches) set the third fastest lap ever (all classes) on the old track.............in a super vee.
