That sunbeam looks an awful lot like my friend's 1962 Sunbeam Alpine Harrington Le Mans... I'm far from an expert on these cars, but if that is what I think it is its a rare car indeed.

Sure looks like the one you linked. The word "LeMans" appears
to be in the same place along the side of the one you linked.
That I can clearly read when I magnify the image of the one at the local show. :wink:


I guess I should have asked a LOT of questions I didn't
but there were Scottish games going on and many friends to chat with and I even joined a Clan so single malt Scotch was also involved as well.
It sure was a fun time.
