I met a nice fella last year at the N.O. car show. Bout my age, fixed himself up a super nice LBC, midlife crisis, kids gone, reliving his youth, what ever. Did all the work himself. As nice as I have seen. He happens to be best friend of one of my dental school buddies. Saw my buddy at a seminar yesterday, asked how my new friend and his car were. Major, major health problem.....life is a b.....!

Wow. You just never know.

Keep on truckin.

Also, regrets.

Last spring when I brought up the idea of a Spitfire to my darling wife, she said you only go around once.

Life is not a rehearsal

Sorry to hear about his troubles, Bill. Hopefully, and hope is all we really have at a time like that, things will turn better for him and he'll get to enjoy the fruits of his labors.

But is still does suck. I lost my Dad when I was 12, so I know from first hand experience.
