Life is good. Life is very, very GOOD!

I was actually glad to see the Eagles get in. Eagles and Pats are by far the 2 best teams this year, so it should be a good game. A friend is a diehard Iggles Fan, so the pregame banter is already flowing. As for baseball, can't believe it's almost time for training. Still kind of delirious from the Sox' big season. We live near the AAA affiliate Pawtucket Sox (just over the line in R.I.) and going to their games is great, and much cheaper than Fenway. Nice drive in the Midget too!

Oh yea. Boston. Red Sox. Played my Cardinals. Well, no didn't play the same Cardinals I cheered on all season!

We have a minorminor league team, the Grizzlies, about 15 minutes from us. Pre-minor league actually. We go to a LOT of their games. Free parking, $8 max ticket price, reasonable eats and drinks. And kids out there playing the game because they LOVE it, not because they're making a gazillion dollars a year to do it. Rather refreshing!

Same exact reasons why I like the Pawtucket games. Most of the players will never make it to the Bigs, but they play because they love baseball. Regarding the Cardinals, not sure who was wearing the uniforms that week, though I DO know who will be wearing a Bosox uniform at shortstop in '05!
Great- now I am all revved up for baseball and we are buried in snow....
