I got to drive one of the "streamlined" factory Sprites owned by a friend of mine for about 20 miles on wonderful sports car roads. It was a great experience and I had a chance to buy it at the time for the same price as a new Viper GT. I didn't have the money to buy either. I truly loved the Sprite and would have loved to have it. But unless you have unlimited funds $850k will buy a lot of other vehicles that will leave a Sprite in the dust. You really have to be an ultimate Healey person to make this purchase.
