Left over piping from trim panel kit

I just installed a Moss trim panel kit on my 65 MGB. I received some small red piping and some large black piping with the kit. What do I do with this piping....no instructions on where to install it?? By the way the new black with red stripe trim panels look great.

Is that for the dash and the rim around the back of the cockpit where it meets the rear cowl?

My car didn't come with the metal rim on the rear cowl. I just bought it and installed it before I received the trim panel kit. I guess the piping with the larger attached vinyl goes around the metal band with the small round piping cord up or down?? I don't where you would install the red piping on the dash. Has anyone installed the trim panel kit.
