Sounds like no rest for Basil. Would have been nice to relax after all the hours he put in getting BCF running again. Hopefully the Beta bugs will be sorted out by UBB by the time he gets back.
 
I've noticed I only get *some* email notices about topic posts. Example: one topic, five posts, I've been notified of only one of the five. Weird.

Happening to anyone else?

I'll be honest, I turned the feature back off. Was getting a flooded inbox. I was getting both forum and topic notifications (not both for the same post). I didn't really try to compare post for post. Truth is, I log on here before I check my email, so the notes became redundant for me. Apparently, it is a known issue with UBB (the software writers).
 
Greg - I never heard about the email issue with UBB. Didn't have the funky email problem 'til the (infamous?) software upgrade of last week.

I'm betting Basil is secretly relieved he can get away from this for a while; that upgrade may not have been all it was cracked up to be. Jeez - wonder if he has to pay for it ....
