In about an hour. I just got contacts for the first time. Gonna take a while to get used to poking my finger into my eye. But it's nice not having glasses hanging off my face.
 
Just try to remember to use safety glasses when you get under your car. When I first got contacts I got so much junk in my eyes!! I had always had glasses (since I was 12) and couldn't get used to not having "protection".
Enjoy them, they are nice.

Yup.. Remembering safety glasses is one of my concerns with this switch. I'm much the same way.
