Paul, What is the length of the O2 sensor that protrudes from the exhaust, including hook up?

D,

The length of the A/F sensor harness including the connector is about 24". The main harness is about 11 feet in addition to this 2 foot section.

This is the unit being calibrated in open air with a 12V power supply, prior to installation and the second picture is of the complete kit, as it arrives. It gets VERY hot and should be done for 30 or more minutes, even though 3 minutes will do if in a rush.

Thanks for all the info. I need the sensor length and I see that it has a coiled flexible end so that won't really matter. Just the expose sensor length out of the header.

I have been thinking about doing an O2 sensor on my TR3 but I’ve been think that unless I did two sensors, on cylinders 1 & 4, that I would not be getting really useful information about mixture. Just thinking, if I measured the jet height and made both the same with the same needles and springs, then sync’ed the flow, would I be close enough to be able to use one sensor for mixture control.
I’m running a stock manifold so getting two bungs installed would not be practical.
