So if you Live int he MD area, you know we got some rain today. as I am driving down the road everything is fain for a little while. Then I notice water starting to drip from ether side of my dash-pad. I know i may have to replace the rubber around the windscreen. Any good way to install it? Or should I take it to a shop?

I suggest a new windscreen rubber seal. Install it using the "string" method. I used 5/32" polyester rope/twine from the hardware store. "Personal lubricant" from the family planning section of the pharmacy makes a great installation lubricant that will not attack paint and is easily washed off. Gaps between the glass and rubber and rubber and car body can be filled using Permatex Windshield sealant. That product is a translucent/clear, thin RTV silicone that wicks into cracks. It remains soft and is fairly easy to remove later.
