Leaky roof

If the pads do get wet, I agree with your suggestions, however, better to prevent the problem in the first place. A few minutes under the car, finding the end of the drainage tube and sending a coat hanger up ( gently), or a guitar string, will ensure a clear drainage path and spare you all that drying out rigamarole.

How hard is it to change up the shocks up ront?

And my Jag has the Jag head on the hood, can I remove it and simply install a leaper? Or is it an in depth surgery?
