I think I found the water leak inside my GT. The PO had the car painted and the "shop" (I wouldn't go to them) removed the sealant under the fender rib. The water seems to be coming from that area. What is the name of the sealant I have to use?

Just go get some 3M seam sealer
 
Yup! Clean the seam well and (my 3M preference) is to smoosh (Hi-Tech Term) some 3M "Strip-Caulk" into it. I also use it around things like the shifter tunnel and on roadsters under the windshield pillars and seal.
