She set up the network that saved more than 700 allied aviators during the war. Amazing.

Strangely, I have an indirect connection: a close friend of mine's father was deeply involved in the Dutch resistance during the war (Bischoff - don't know his first name), he knew Ms. de Jongh. Apparently, she was the total package: brave, intelligent, pretty, athletic, artistic.

A very special person, with a story good enough for Hollywood.
