Westfield_XI said:Thanks, Gerard. One question, though. Are the valves installed near each caliper or can I just put one in the line leading to the tee that splits the fluid between the front calipers and then another in the line to the rear drums. In other words, do I need two valves or four?
Only two valves needed. One before each tee, but not critical as to how near of far from the master cylinder. You'll need to either make up new lines or cut into existing lines and add fittings/flares. As such I put them in the easiest to access and in under the car, away from where they might get snagged. Secure them on either side of the valve if the line segment is long enough to vibrate.
