That's because one attorney purposefully stayed behind - to file the claim.

Same can be said fer a gun...and that can be used to rob you blind too. :wink: I think the problem lies in the fact that in law you have to divorce any emotional, rational or moral thoughts from legal proceedings and some folks just forget to switch them back on. I've encountered several lawyers and TONS of law students. I have two lawyers close, one is a longtime friend and the other is "family", both of which leave much to be desired in the proper treatment of others....and both are considered to be "really good guys".
