Just as I was about to tell you that I have done the same thing, I've proven my incompetence by editing YOUR post instead of responding to it.

An approximate re-cap: Tom was explaining an issue where his windscreen washer bag was fouling the parking brake cable, and he did not notice it while adjusting the brakes.
